‘Nylon’ April 2008 scans
I was finally able to obtain my own copy of Chloë’s splendid Nylon issue, and have scanned it for your viewing pleasure. You’ll notice that the small Chloë interview we previously thought was from the March 2008 issue of the magazine is actually from the April 2008 issue, i.e. Chloë is not featured in the previous, Rachel Bilson issue.
I hope you enjoy the new scans. If anyone is interested in scans of the Anja Rubik and/or Clémence Poésy-features, drop me a line and I’ll be more than happy to scan the remaining pages for you.

Behind the scenes of ‘Nylon’ April 2008 photoshoot
The people at NylonMag.com continue to update their website with new material from Chloë’s Nylon issue. Nylon TV features a great behind the scenes-video of Chloë and co-Chloé spokesmodel Clémence Poésy being photographed for the April 2008 of the magazine (why Anja Rubik wasn’t included, I don’t know).
In addition to some fabulous behind the scenes-footage from the Guy Aroch-photographed shoot, the clip also contains a cute interview with Chloë herself, which is absolutely worth a look. Watch the video on Nylon TV or enjoy our small screen captures of the clip.

Chloë on the cover of ‘Nylon’ April 2008 issue!
Yesss! As earlier reported (or speculated, rather), Chloë is indeed on the cover of U.S. fashion mag Nylon April 2008 issue with her two other Chloé fragrance spokesmodels Anja Rubik and Clémence Poésy. NylonMag.com has a small preview of the cover and inside photos. From NylonMag.com:
The three lithe blondes were shot during New York Fashion Week in Brooklyn, with Chloe discussing her movies and her Opening Ceremony line, Anja explaining she grew up in Poland / Greece / Paris / Canada, and that she was once terrified of Kate Moss.
But to get the full story, there’s only one way: Get your copy of April’s NYLON, and read the whole thing… though if you stay tuned to nylonmag.com, we will have some more photo outtakes, and of course, a special NYLON TV episode all about our cover babes..
Scans will of course be added as soon as the issue reaches my country. And do keep an eye on NylonMag.com in case they add more Chloë material from the new shoot. Meanwhile, enjoy these small previews of the upcoming issue of Nylon! Personally, I am so excited for this edition; next to BlackBook, Nylon is my favorite fashion mag, and Chloë’s been on the cover of both this year!

Launch party for new Chloé Eau de Parfum!
Yesterday, I reported of Chloë modeling for the advertisement campaign for the new perfume launched by noted French clothesline Chloé. Today many news sources, including e.g. Basenotes, are reporting of a launch party in Paris yesterday, which Chloë attended. From Basenotes.net:
Yesterday saw the Hotel de la Monnaie in Paris become the launch venue for the new Chloe Eau de Parfum fragrance which is due on shelves early next year. 800 guests, made up of press and celebrities, were welcomed by Michele Scannavini and Ralph Toledano - President of Coty Prestige and CEO of Chloe respectively. The guests included stars of the advertising campaign: Clemence Poesy, Chloë Sevigny and Anja Rubik (pictured).
The new signature scent contains notes of Peony, Lychee, Freesia, Rose, Magnolia, Muguet, Amber and Cedar. The fragrance was created by Michel Almairac and Amandine Marie at Robertet, and the bottle designed by Patrick Veillet. The new Chloe fragrance will be available from February 2008.
Update Oct 9: I managed to find four more MQ photos of Chloë and the others at the event as well as a small preview of her, Poesy and Rubik’s advertisement campaign for the Chloé fragrance. Enjoy!

Chloë models for new Chloé perfume campaign!
Chloë has reportedly just been photographed for an advertisement campaign for the new perfume by noted French clothesline Chloé! :) From the International Herald Tribute:
Shooting the new Chloe perfume campaign was a cinch for hip actress Chloe Sevigny, who has previously modeled for Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and MAC Cosmetics. “It was very easy breezy — I’ve worked with the photographers many times before,” the star of the HBO network’s hit series Big Love said at the Chloe show.
Sevigny revealed she felt a special connection with the French brand founded 55 years ago, but it had nothing to do with clothes. “Growing up, the name was very rare in America, especially where I grew up. There was nobody else named Chloe, so to me always, knowing there was a glamorous French fashion house and perfume kind of made me feel a little special,” she said.
